1. Appointment Bookings

Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
We may request additional details during booking to ensure the appropriate time and treatment are allocated.

For new clients, a deposit may be requested to secure your booking. This will be confirmed at the time of booking and applied toward the cost of your treatment

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may limit your ability to rebook future appointments. This policy helps ensure fair access for all clients.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your treatment within the remaining appointment time. However, we may need to shorten the session or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients.
