Emsella
Non-Surgical Pelvic Floor Strengthening
Emsella offers a non-invasive solution to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and improve urinary incontinence. Using high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM®) technology, this treatment stimulates thousands of supramaximal contractions per session—far beyond what is possible through voluntary exercises. It is suitable for both men and women and requires no downtime.

Essential Treatment Information
Emsella uses HIFEM® energy to target the entire pelvic floor area. During the session, you remain fully clothed while seated on the Emsella chair. Electromagnetic pulses cause deep muscle contractions, re-educating and strengthening pelvic floor muscles. Each treatment lasts approximately 30 minutes. A typical course includes six sessions for optimal results.

additional Information
A full protocol typically includes 6 sessions over 3 weeks. Your practitioner may recommend ongoing maintenance treatments depending on your response and goals.
This treatment is not suitable for individuals with pacemakers, implanted electronic devices, or metal implants in the pelvic area. It is also contraindicated during pregnancy or immediately post-childbirth unless medically cleared. Emsella is not recommended for those with a current or past history of pelvic cancer, active infections, or severe neurological conditions. A consultation is required to determine clinical suitability.
You remain fully clothed and seated on the Emsella chair. The treatment feels like a series of deep pelvic floor contractions—often described as a tingling or vibrating sensation. Most clients find it comfortable and well tolerated.
Emsella is often paired with dermal filler or skin tightening treatments to further enhance results, particularly for clients seeking overall rejuvenation.
