  • The iS Clinical Fire & Ice Facial is a 30–40 minute professional treatment involving two masques applied in sequence. The first masque (Fire) contains glycolic acid, retinol, and antioxidants to resurface the skin and stimulate renewal. It may create a gentle warming sensation. The second masque (Ice) features hyaluronic acid and soothing botanicals to hydrate and calm the skin. The treatment includes a double cleanse and application of serums to support skin health.

    • Individuals with fine lines, wrinkles, and dull or uneven skin

    • People with acne-prone skin or mild pigmentation

    • Suitable for most skin types and ages

    • Not suitable for those with active infections or very sensitive skin

    • A consultation is required to determine clinical suitability

    • Avoid sun exposure or tanning for 2 weeks prior

    • Discontinue retinoids, glycolic acid, waxing, or laser for 3–5 days before

    • Arrive with clean skin free of makeup or harsh products

    • Mild redness or flushing may occur and typically resolves within 4–6 hours

    • Avoid direct sun exposure and active skincare for 24–48 hours

    • Use SPF 30+ and gentle moisturisers daily

  • A series of 4–6 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart is recommended for optimal results. Maintenance sessions every 3–6 months can help sustain skin health and radiance.

  • This treatment is not suitable for individuals with autoimmune conditions, recent facial surgery (within 6 months), recent isotretinoin use (within 6 months), chemotherapy or radiotherapy, or active infections or wounds.
    A consultation ensures your safety.

  • Clients can expect a warming tingling sensation during the resurfacing phase and a cooling effect during the second masque. Most clients find the procedure comfortable and relaxing.
