Essential Treatment Information

  • Aspect Dr Peel uses a blend of medical-grade ingredients such as lactic acid, glycolic acid, and salicylic acid to exfoliate the skin’s outer layers and stimulate collagen renewal. The solution is applied for 3–10 minutes, depending on peel strength, and then neutralised. Each session takes approximately 30–45 minutes and includes a deep cleanse, application of the peel, and post-treatment soothing care.

    • Adults concerned with pigmentation, acne, or early signs of ageing

    • Clients with uneven texture, dullness, or surface scarring

    • Suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin when customised appropriately

    • Not recommended for those with recent isotretinoin use, active infections, or severe inflammatory conditions

    • A consultation is required to confirm clinical suitability

    • Avoid sun exposure and tanning for 2 weeks prior

    • Discontinue active products (e.g., retinoids, AHAs) 3–5 days before

    • Arrive with clean skin—no makeup or lotions

    • Expect mild flaking or peeling for 3–7 days, depending on the strength of the peel

    • Avoid active skincare, direct sun exposure, and makeup for 48 hours

    • Use broad-spectrum SPF 30+ and gentle, hydrating products for 7 days

    • Do not pick or exfoliate peeling skin to minimise the risk of irritation or scarring

  • Common

    • Redness, flaking, or dryness for up to 7 days

    Less Common

additional Information

  • For best results, 3–4 light peels may be recommended every 2–4 weeks. Medium peels may be performed less frequently (e.g., 2–3 times annually). Maintenance treatments every 3–6 months can help preserve results and support long-term skin health.

  • Not suitable for those with:

    • Active infections or open wounds

    • Recent isotretinoin use (within 6 months)

    • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

    • Active herpes outbreaks

    • History of keloid scarring

    • Recent surgery (within 3 months)
      A consultation ensures your safety.

  • The treatment typically causes a mild tingling or warming sensation for several minutes while the solution is active. Most clients find the procedure comfortable and easily tolerated. Sensitivity tends to subside quickly after the peel is neutralised.

  • Pair Aspect Dr Peel with Dermaplane or Venus Glow for enhanced exfoliation and hydration. Our team can customise your plan.
